Pumpkin Pie Smoothies

Hi Everyone,

Just in time for fall, this pumpkin pie smoothie is the perfect choice for an on-the-go breakfast or snack. As the season gets busier and there’s less time for cooking up healthy recipes, this smoothie is my go-to for a pumpkin spice treat.

The added cauliflower in this recipe combined with the frozen banana make it a thicker smoothie that could even be eaten as a smoothie bowl! Sometimes, I love topping it with granola, almond butter, and coconut for some crunch. You can also use any milk of your choice, but I prefer oat milk for this recipe.

Feel free to add in extra spices or omit the maple syrup if you’d like! Share and enjoy this festive fall smoothie 🙂

Pumpkin Pie Smoothies

Ingredients:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbs cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbs pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/3 cup almond milk yogurt
Steps:

Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
